Students living on campus have a direct line in being able to report facilities issues in their room, apartment/suite, or building. If you see an issue, let us know as soon as possible by submitting a maintenance request on the Housing Portal.
Requests are consistently collected throughout the day and routed to the appropriate staff member for resolution. We always try to address every issue as quickly as possible, but we do prioritize based on the type and severity of issues reported. When you submit a maintenance request, you are authorizing the University to enter your room or suite/apartment to do the work. You do not need to be present. If you have any questions about a maintenance request you submitted, please contact UNH Housing.
Smoke, fire, and other life-threatening emergencies should be reported to 911 immediately.
For the following urgent issues, do not submit a maintenance request and contact the UNH Facilities Control Center directly at (603) 862-1437.
