On-campus housing rates vary based on the type of room that a student is assigned to. All housing rates are per student. Housing charges are added directly to a student's financial account each semester and are due according to payment deadlines set by UNH Student Accounts.

The rates listed for 2023 - 2024 are an increase of 2.5% from 2022 - 2023 and are considered proposed until approved by the USNH Board of Trustees.
