We are thrilled to welcome BAE Systems to campus for yet another year! Our teams have worked diligently to prepare for your arrival, and we hope you enjoy your time with us. Below you will find numerous resources to assist you throughout your stay on campus. Most notably, there is an informational video, an FAQ section, a map of campus that includes your route to and from the lot where your vehicles will be parked, and a "contact us" section should you need assistance from our staff throughout your stay. We are delighted to welcome BAE back to campus, and our team is looking forward to providing an outstanding experience for each of you.
Fairchild Hall
Fairchild's rooms are unique sizes with large windows and views of Main Street. Step outside and you can lounge on the patio or hang out in the quad area.
Haaland Hall
One of the newest residence halls on-campus, Haaland houses singles, doubles, and in four person suites— all air-conditioned.
Mills Hall
Mills Hall is a large, suite-style, residence hall, centrally located in the heart of the University of New Hampshire (UNH) campus and near downtown Durham.

Checking In
Once you are on campus, you will be checking in at Holloway Commons (Piscataqua Room-located on the first floor) from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. You will park in the Campus Crossing lot when you arrive and then head to Holloway Commons, for check-in. Once you have checked in, you will promptly place your belongings in your designated hall, Mills or Fairchild. Mills and Fairchild are conveniently located just beyond the Campus Crossing parking lot. There will be staff within each residential building to assist you. You will drop off your belongings in your designated room, drive your car via the red route provided on the map below to reach A Lot. You will park at A Lot and take the shuttle back to the MUB/Holloway Commons. Don’t forget to stop at the Holloway Commons dining hall to enjoy lunch before heading to the MUB for the start of the conference!
Reference the map and the instructions below to learn the easiest way to get from the Campus Crossing Visitor Lot to A Lot:
- Turn right onto Mill Road when you leave Campus Crossing
- Turn right onto McDaniel Drive
- Bear right onto College Road
- Turn left on the lights to get onto Main Street
- Continue straight and bear right onto Sage Way
- A Lot will be on your right
Shuttles
There will be shuttles available for your use upon check-in and check-out. These shuttles will take you from A Lot to the bus stop directly next to Mills Hall/Campus Crossing and vice versa.

The map above shows A Lot where you will park for your time on campus. Although it is a bit of a walk back to the Memorial Union Building (MUB) where your events are held from where you will park your car, a shuttle bus will be provided for your convenience upon your arrival and departure to campus.
