This training will teach participants how to effectively communicate with families, youth and collaterals in an attempt to fact find information needed for a PDI. They learn what a PDI is when it is ordered, why it is valuable and how to benefit from having good relationships with collaterals. Discussion and practice are around the DCYF policy and how that can guide your practice and how to complete the report using Bridges.
