This training is designed to help new workers learn about the value of working with peers as a team and how to navigate office dynamics. Participants explore fears and needs as they begin their journey with DCYF and determine what self-care would look like for themselves. Participants learn how to complete mentoring logs and what to do for the successful completion and credit of the mentoring process.
