This comprehensive course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand, recognize, and respond to the critical issue of suicide. The training also delves into the specific watch levels employed at Sununu Youth Services Center (SYSC). Participants will gain insights into the requirements and restrictions associated with each watch level, enhancing their ability to respond effectively to varying levels of risk. The course further addresses the procedural aspects of suicide prevention, including the policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and forms necessary during the initiation of a watch at SYSC. Lastly, the course provides information on available resources, empowering participants to access support and assistance as needed.
