The success of the Upward Bound program depends upon the spirit, compassion, and commitment of the staff and their ability to help translate goals into realities. Whether an Academic Year Tutor-Mentor or a part of our Summer Academy as a Teacher, Tutor-Mentor, or ECLIPSe Coach, trained and dedicated staff will establish relationships aimed at guiding and promoting academic and motivational progress.

Summer Teachers (Non-Residential)

Summer ECLIPSe Coaches (Non-Residential)

Experiential Group Counselors lead 16-person student groups once a week in communication, group process and healthy decision making through experiential & hands-on activities. Interested candidates should contact Josh Gagnon!

Academic Year Tutor-Mentors

We are seeking tutor-mentors in all subject areas for our students! Academic Year Tutor-Mentors work with our students during Saturday Academies and on an as-needed basis to support them with their homework and projects, research colleges and careers, and prepare for the SATs or ACTs. You also may be offered the opportunity to join us on college & career trips! If you are at least a sophomore in college, have a strong academic background, and want to help students achieve their goals, please contact Josh Gagnon for more information!
