Guide to Incoming Student Health Requirements

homecoming

Welcome to UNH! Incoming students need to submit a few health forms before arriving on campus. You can upload forms to our student patient portal, MyHealth&Wellness, a secure, online platform for your personal health management at UNH. To log into MyHealth&Wellness you will need your UNH username and password (typically available prior to June and January orientation).

Failure to provide this information prior to move-in may result in a delay during the move-in process and a hold placed on your account that will prevent registration for spring courses (if you are a new student in the fall) or fall courses (if you are a new student in the spring semester)

Please submit your required health forms prior to August 15, 2024.

Follow the step-by-step guide below to complete this important pre-arrival process.
