 Join us for an engaging workshop focused on articulating your values, strengths, and aspirations.  You will have the opportunity to reflect on what matters most to you and clarify your goals and your pathway to achieving them. You will create a personal visual tool that will assist you in staying focused on your vision for yourself and be a source for daily inspiration and motivation.

Participants will :
·       Learn how to set goals that are specific, measurable, and achievable
to help you succeed academically, assist with self-care, or support your career aspirations.
·       Reflect on and articulate core values, personal strengths, resources and support that will assist in shaping goal(s) and reaching them.
·       Create a personal visual representation (e.g., vision board or similar tool) that serves as a daily reminder of your goal which will provide motivation and increase your likelihood of success in achieving your goal. 
Snacks will be provided.
