Our lives are full of opportunities and responsibilities. This program offers participants an opportunity to look at their personal wellness as a way to better understand and cope with stress.  Participants will learn about the 8 dimensions of wellness, and be guided through creative activities to help them become more aware of just how full their lives are and what they can do to actively bring more balance to their well-being.
