Sydney Gendreau was an Environmental and Resource Economics and Sustainability dual major. She was a member of the Honors College as well as a Hamel Scholar. Through the Hamel Scholar program, she applied her interests in environmental conservation and sustainability to community activism with her task force, the Green Team. Additionally, she was a member of the Natural Resource and Environment department’s honors society, Xi Sigma Pi. Outside of her academics, she is a lover of the outdoors. She spent her summers working as a dock hand and loves to be on the water. Some of her favorite outdoor activities include boating, hammocking, hiking, and skiing. She is also an avid baker and looks at every upcoming family or friend's birthday as an opportunity to top her last confectionary creation. During the fall 2021 B Impact Clinic, Sydney hoped to apply her passion for sustainability to the business world through her work on the Atlantic Sea Farms team.
