Daisy Burns was a freshman majoring in Economics with an option in Sustainability and Public Policy. Additionally, she is pursuing a dual major in International Affairs. In high school, Daisy co-led a mindfulness after-school program at the local kindergarten and was part of multiple youth activism groups. At UNH, Daisy was a member of the Changemaker Fellowship as well as the Idea + Innovation Society and Entrepreneurship Club. The main issues she wanted to focus on were sustainability and social justice. She joined the Changemaker Fellowship to meet amazing and motivated students at UNH and participate in some of the incredible opportunities offered, specifically Semester in the City.
