Katie Hoppler (she/her) was an Economics and English Journalism double major. This was her third semester in the clinic, and her second as a peer mentor. In the fall of 2020, she worked in the B Impact Clinic with the sustainable seafood company Luke’s Lobster. She returend to the Clinic in the spring of 2021 as a Peer Mentor on the Kikori team. Working in the Clinic opened her eyes to what is possible in terms of sustainability in a company. It inspired her to work at an organization that prioritizes the values of a B Corp. Outside of the Clinic, Katie was the News Editor for The New Hampshire, an intern at the New Hampshire Business Review, the Co-Founder of the UNH Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, and a member of the UNH Women’s Rowing team. During the fall 2021 B Impact Clinic, Katie worked on the Placework team.
