Employee and Labor Relations

UNH’s Employee and Labor Relations office manages the University’s relationships with the four unions representing employees on campus:

• The American Association of University Professors at UNH

• UNH Lecturers United

• NEA- NH (Law Faculty)

• UNH Graduate Employee Union

This includes engaging in collective bargaining with the unions on employee contracts and working through grievances according to our mutually agreed upon grievance processes.
