- Oversee all aspects of housing assignments, including the housing application, selection processes, billing, housing accommodations, room changes, and cancellations
- Supervise the Housing Assignments Team, consisting of the Assignments Coordinator and the Marketing & Operations Specialist
- Oversee housing marketing, including websites and social media
- Oversee the Housing front desk services and staff
- Manage housing occupancy reports and projections
