Artist Bio
Bill Paarlberg paints watercolors and draws the Famous Monsters of Portsmouth. He writes about artwork, edits a newsletter on public relations measurement, and now and then he posts to the blogs Illustrating Portsmouth and Illustrating Mayto. On occasion he edits an award-winning book. For many years he did architectural renderings in various media, and he still does from time to time.
