Championing student retention and success serves as one of the pillars of our work, from the beginning of a student’s journey as an incoming students with orientation programs and our CONNECT early arrival program, through graduation by celebrating their accomplishments as graduating students in our Celebration of Achievement and Success.
All of our programming and services including our heritage and awareness events, educational workshops, engagement initiatives, and student organization advising are geared towards promoting and advancing student success efforts.
Between our larger programmatic initiatives, we also provide our students with consistent non-academic advising and support through meetings with our professional staff.
