Services
RAVE Guardian App
The RAVE Guardian App provides students, faculty and staff with a direct connection to the University of New Hampshire Police Department so that everyone can easily communicate all their safety needs. Its easy-to-use features help you stay safe every day and enable us to better protect you.
Walking Escorts
Police and Security will perform escorts to and from on-campus locations for anyone. Your first call however should be to UNH Transportation Services at (603) 862-2328. Campus shuttles operate on-campus and run throughout the night. In the event that the shuttle is not operating, Security will give a walking escort to and from on-campus locations. The number to get a walking escort is (603) 862-1427.
Crime Prevention
The UNH Police Department is dedicated to a proactive approach to law enforcement. To that end we have provided some information here on what our department does for crime prevention.
Victim Services
The UNH Police Department is dedicated to serving victims of crimes within our community. We work closely with campus and community victim advocacy groups, mental health facilities, and community service organizations to provide victims with the resources they need. Blue Light Emergency Telephones
The University of New Hampshire utilizes a network of Blue Light Emergency Telephones for your safety and convenience. The phones are located throughout campus and marked by blue lights and the word "emergency."
Driver License for Non-US Citizens
Getting a New Hampshire Driver License.
For a driver license, all non-us applicants must take a full test (vision, knowledge and road test) at the concord dmv unless you are transferring an out-of-state, u.s. Territory, canadian or french license not expired for more than one year.
the knowledge test is available at all dmv locations in english, french and spanish. interpreters for all languages except french and spanish are permitted to interpret the knowledge test at the concord dmv only. For more information feel free to contact or read more Here.
