Alexandra Papadakis participated in the Research Experience and Apprenticeship Program (REAP) in 2018. Her research, titled "On the Challenges and Opportunities in the NH Food System: A Farmer and Consumer Perspective," was published in Inquiry , the University of New Hampshire's undergraduate research journal, in 2019.
