Student Ambassadors are current UNH students and Hamel Center awardees who have engaged in independent research, scholarly, and creative projects during their undergraduate careers and want to help current and prospective students get involved. Student Ambassadors represent the Hamel Center in classroom presentations, info sessions, and resource fairs. They also share their experiences through the Hamel Center’s Undergraduate Research Blog, and serve as an informal student advisory board to the Hamel Center, providing input on outreach efforts and programs.

Graham Collinsworth is a senior Genetics major. He received two Undergraduate Research Awards (URA) in 2023 and a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) and Undergraduate Research Award (URA) in 2024.
MJ Condon is a senior Analytical Economics and Statistics major. They received a Research Experience & Apprenticeship Program (REAP) grant in 2022, and a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) in 2023. They have served as a Hamel Center Student Ambassador since AY2023-24.
Nate Goodwin is a senior Exercise Science major. He received a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) in 2024.
Madison Henry is a senior Biochemistry, Molecular & Cellular Biology major. She received a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) in 2024 and a Research Experience & Apprenticeship Program (REAP) grant in 2022. She has served as a Hamel Center Student Ambassador since AY2022-23.
Nolan Juneau is a junior Electrical Engineering major. He received a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) in 2024.
