Kim DeRego has more than a decade of experience in strategic enrollment management. For the past five years, Kim has served as the associate dean of enrollment management and programs at UNH Manchester. There she has overseen the departments of marketing, admissions, financial aid, registration, student engagement and academic advising with the goal of improving enrollment, retention and the UNH Manchester student experience. In this role she has spearheaded numerous college-wide initiatives and has facilitated the growth of undergraduate and graduate enrollment. She also implemented the college’s first international student recruitment effort, which resulted in significant growth of the international graduate student population at UNH Manchester.
Prior to her time at UNH, Kim served as associate dean for enrollment management at SIT Graduate Institute where she oversaw the school’s domestic and international admissions, recruiting, and financial aid teams while co-leading the school’s marketing efforts. Kim was instrumental for her leadership on many campus-wide initiatives, including the adoption and rollout of Salesforce as SIT’s enrollment management platform. In addition to spearheading data driven and innovative enrollment strategy at SIT, she led several student-centered partnerships with external institutions.
