Who can purchase a ticket?

Tickets will only be available for students who have filled out the Intent to Graduate form on https://my.usnh.edu. This list will be updated every Monday leading up to the event.

Where is Forest Park located?

Forest Park is the lawn that is located across from Haaland, Peterson, and Handler Halls. It's the perfect area for lounging, playing lawn games, and connecting with friends.

Is there a cost for food outside of the ticket cost?

No! Your ticket includes the cost of food from every food truck as well as provided beverages from Conferences and Catering.

Can I attend this event if I am a graduating graduate student?

Yes! We encourage anyone graduating to attend.

Can I attend this event if I am not graduating this semester?

Unfortunately, unless you are eligible to walk at graduation this Spring, you are not eligible to attend this event.

Can I attend this event if I am graduating but am not 21 years of age?

Yes! As long as you fill out the Intent to Graduate form, you will be eligible to attend this event.

Will alcohol be provided at this event?

Yes, each ticket comes with 2 alcoholic beverages (beer and cider offerings) for those 21 years or older. A valid form of government-issued of identification with a photo (license, passport, etc.) will be required to obtain a wristband for alcohol. If you are under the age of 21, you will not be given a wristband, and will therefore not be served alcohol. Your identification will be needed at both check in and at the bar to obtain an alcoholic beverage. All alcohol must be consumed within the designated liquor area.

Is the ticket price the same if I do not plan to consume alcohol?

Yes. The ticket price of $30.00 will provide unlimited non-alcoholic beverages to those in attendance.

What food truck offerings will be there?

We are excited to welcome five local food trucks that will provide a variety of offerings such as pizza, grilled cheese, and comfort food, as well as dessert and shaved ice. While you may get more than one serving of food from food trucks, we do ask that you be mindful that there are limited servings available to attendees as a whole. Gluten and Dairy-free options will be available, and menus for each truck will be posted and visible outside of the event.

What if I have a food allergy?

If you have a food allergy, please look for signage from food trucks that outline common allergens present in their foods. It is also important to inform the food truck staff if you have an allergen so they can best accommodate your needs.

Can I bring my water bottle or outside food to the event?

Unfortunately, no outside food or beverages, including reusable water bottles, will be allowed at this event.

Can I bring my own seating arrangements?

Seating is limited at this event, so we encourage you to bring your own blanket to indulge in the picnic vibe of this event. However, lawn and foldable chairs are strictly prohibited. Please note, your personal effects that you bring into this event may be subject to a search.
