Report an Accessibility Barrier or Concern
UNH is committed to addressing accessibility barriers and concerns. While we do our best to proactively ensure accessibility, we also value feedback from the community. These barriers or concerns can be reported directly to the Civil Rights & Equity Office (CREO) by contacting their office directly or completing the following form:

Report an Incidence of Bias or Discrimination
The University of New Hampshire highly values mutual respect for the safety of others, care for those whose personal rights and safety have been compromised, personal responsibility and swift discipline for those who act to harm another.
This Incident Report Form from the Civil Rights & Equity Office (CREO) is to be used for the reporting of all incidents of (1) discrimination and discriminatory harassment, (2) bias and/or hate crime, (3) retaliation, (4) sexual harassment and/or violence.

Student Accommodations
Student accommodations are provided through Student Accessibility Services (SAS). SAS supports students through the interactive accommodation process. There are three key steps in this process:
