24-Hour Support

It is important that students have the support they need when they need it. UNH is committed to ensuring staff are always available for student emergencies, including overnight, on the weekend, and when classes aren’t in session.

UNH Police Department Medical, Police, Fire, and Emergencies	(603) 862-1212 / 911 UPD is available 24/7 and should be contacted immediately if there is a need to address a medical or safety concern.
Psychological and Counseling Services (PACS) Psychological Emergencies	(603) 862-2090 PACS is available to meet with a student who needs mental health assistance during business hours and also has a 24/7 crisis line available for psychological emergencies. UNH Manchester students receive mental health support through the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester - (603) 668-4111 UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law students receive mental health support through Riverbend Community Mental Health - (603) 228-1600 Online students (including CPS Online and online students in other degree programs) through Kepro (code: cps) - (844) 205-3446

Student Death	To report information related to a student death, contact the Dean of Students as soon as is possible. The Dean of Students is not available 24/7 so if the situation is an emergency, contact 911.

RA/CA on Call	Numbers for the specific RA/CA on Call for each residence hall are posted on signage throughout the hall. The RA/CA on Call can get in touch with additional support as needed.
Hall Director / Apartment Manager on Call	Professional staff are available 24-hours per day to provide assistance to students living in the residence halls. The RA/CA on Call can reach professional staff if needed.
