One of the primary goals of our department is to ensure students have a sound knowledge base of how to activate and utilized their earned VA Educational Benefits to the fullest extent each semester.

We plan on measuring progress both directly and indirectly. Indirectly, we will conduct a survey at the end of each semester. Directly, it will be measured by data provided by Banner and VA Once software reports produced at the end of each semester.
SLO3: Students will be knowledgeable about VA resources.
The department will connect students to VA representatives to ensure the student's medical, compensation, and education benefits in relation to their military affiliation.
