C&J Bus Lines President Speaks at UNH April 21, 2016
DURHAM, N.H. - Jim Jalbert, president of C&J Bus Lines, will speak at the University of New Hampshire CEO Forum Thursday, April 21, 2016. The program begins at 8 a.m. in Huddleston Hall.
Jalbert will share the 47-year history of C&J, which today operates a fleet of 29 motor coaches to Boston's Logan Airport and South Station as well as New York City's Port Authority. The company employs over 100 employees from the Seacoast area who transport over 2,000 passengers a daily -- nearly 700,000 a year -- to their destinations.
Jalbert is the immediate past chairman of the board for the American Bus Association located in Washington, D.C., and continues to serve as chairman of policy and government affairs. During his tenure at the ABA Jalbert frequently testified in front of House and Senate transportation committees on subjects related to bus safety and infrastructure and worked with former Transportation Secretary LaHood on bus safety legislation.
