WHAT: University of New Hampshire Commencement
 
WHEN: 10 a.m., Saturday, May 19, 2018
 
WHERE:  Wildcat Stadium, rain or shine. Simulcast viewing is available in Lundholm Gymnasium.

Shawn Gorman ‘89, the second chairman in L.L. Bean’s century-plus history, will deliver the commencement address. Andrew Lietz, past chair of the University System of New Hampshire board of trustees and the state’s Business and Industry Association will receive UNH's Granite State Award in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the state. Margaret Shea ’58, G’61, the first woman to earn an advanced degree in physics from UNH; former Boston city councilor and mayoral candidate Tito Jackson ’99 and Gorman will receive honorary degrees.

PRESS PASSES: Press passes can be picked up in front of Wildcat Stadium audience seating starting at 8:30 a.m.

PARKING: General parking is available in Lot A, West Edge, Mast Road, Moiles and Mathes lots. Weather permitting, parking will also be available on Boulder Field. Small lots are also open. Lots D, F, F.H. West, and F.H. East will be closed.
