MEDIA ADVISORY: Robert Reich Discusses Labor Policy at UNH April 8, 2015

WHAT: Robert Reich, former U.S. Secretary of Labor and one of the world's leading thinkers about work and the economy, will deliver the inaugural John A. Hogan Distinguished Lecture. The ticketed event is open only to faculty, staff and students at the University of New Hampshire.

BACKGROUND:
Reich served under three national administrations, most recently as Secretary of Labor under former President Bill Clinton. He also served on President Barack Obama's economic transition advisory board. In 2008 TIME magazine named him one of the 10 most successful cabinet secretaries of the past century and he was awarded the Vaclav Havel price in 2003 for his original contributions to economic thinking. He is currently chancellor's professor of public policy at the University of California at Berkeley and has authored 15 books.
