CONCORD, N.H. - On Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, Vice President Joe Biden will visit the Warren B. Rudman Center for Justice, Leadership and Public Policy at the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He will receive the center's second award for distinguished public service.
