UNH CEO Forum Features Medtronic Advanced Energy Leader Jan. 21

DURHAM, N.H. - Suzanne Foster, vice president and general manager of Medtronic Advanced Energy, will speak at the University of New Hampshire CEO Forum Thursday, Jan. 21, 2016. The program begins at 8 a.m. in Huddleston Hall.

Founded in 1949 as a medical repair company, today Medtronic is among the world's largest medical technology companies, with more than 85,000 employees worldwide serving physicians, hospitals and patients in more than 160 countries. Their electrosurgical products are designed to assist surgeons in orthopedic, spinal, surgical oncology, plastic/reconstructive, and ENT applications.

Foster will talk about the history of Medtronic and how to maintain an engaged and successful culture through adversity and acquisitions. She will also discuss the organizations plans to continue innovating and partnering with customers.

Prior to working at Medtronic, Foster was vice president of operations at Salient Surgical Technologies. She has also served as the vice president of compliance and ethics for the Elliot Health System. She has her law degree from Suffolk University and a sasters in Public Health from Harvard University.
