DURHAM, N.H. - A female from Dracut, Mass., who attended the Wiz Khalifa concert at the Whittemore Center Arena Friday night, April 8, was found unconscious from what appears to be a fall from a retaining wall. The woman, who is not a University of New Hampshire student, was found behind the arena after the concert. She was transported to Wentworth Douglass Hospital.
The University of New Hampshire Police Department is investigating the incident and encourages anyone with information to contact them at (603) 862-1427.
"At this time we don't know what happened," said Deputy Police Chief Paul Dean. "We are looking for anyone who may have witnessed what happened or who has information to step forward. We are in the early stages of the investigation. Until we can speak to the victim we are not ruling out that a crime has taken place."
