Dylan Smith discusses his mushroom research with COLSA research associate professor Steve Jones. Smith is an integrated agriculture management major at the UNH Thompson School of Applied Science. He presented “Explorations in Mycocycling: Analysis of Chemical, Pollutant, and Nutritional Values in Pleurotus ostreatus Grown Using Different Agricultural and Industrial Wastes.”
