Todd Leach is chancellor emeritus of the University System of New Hampshire (USNH), where he served as chancellor for eight years. He also served as president of Granite State College, leading the college to become the fastest growing public college in New England and a U.S. News top 50 ranking for online colleges. Prior to his roles within USNH, Leach served as the executive director of the School of Education and senior associate dean of the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University, where he also oversaw Northeastern University Online and led the development of numerous graduate and undergraduate programs. Leach is currently serving as a NECHE commissioner and has previously chaired the New Board of Higher Education, the New Hampshire College and University Council, and the NH Higher Education Commission. Leach holds a Ph.D. from Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from Bentley University. He is also a graduate of both Worcester State University and Mass Bay Community College, both institutions honored Leach in 2012 and 2011, respectively, with Distinguished Alumni Awards. At UNH, Leach teaches courses in the education graduate program, including Foundations for Leadership in Higher Education; Policy, Politics and Planning in Education; Students and Higher Education Law; Faculty and Higher Education Law; and Policy and Governance in Higher Education.
