Earlier this week, UNH rolled out the blue carpet to celebrate an exclusive first look at its upcoming episode of The College Tour, the Amazon Prime series that showcases standout students and the stories behind their college experiences.
The official College Tour Watch Party brought together students, families, faculty and staff – including special guests President Chilton, host Alex Boylan and Wild E. Cat – for an advance screening of the 30-minute episode before its national premiere on Amazon Prime on May 27, 2025. Check out a full gallery of photos from the event festivities.
The episode offers a powerful, student-driven snapshot of life at UNH, filmed right here on the Durham campus and produced in partnership with Emmy-nominated host Alex Boylan and The College Tour team. The featured Wildcats represent a range of majors, interests and backgrounds, all united by their drive to make a difference and their love for the UNH community.
"It was so fun - I felt like a movie star," cast member Emma Barsness ’25 said of the experience.
Added fellow cast member A.J. Leech ’28, "It genuinely was one of the coolest experiences I’ve had, definitely something im going to remember for the rest of my life."
Filming the episode also provided the students with an opportunity to reflect on their time at UNH and share the moment with close friends.
"I think it was really cool to look back at the memories, and then re-live them with my friends," said Tiffany Marrotte ’25. "It was cool to have so many people in the experience with me. It didn’t feel like it was just me being highlighted, it was my whole community."
