The University of New Hampshire sent off more than 3,000 graduates at seven commencement ceremonies this year, hosting the celebrations inside the Whittemore Center over a festive weekend May 19-21.
The move indoors was a change this year, as was the inclusion of a joint UNH Manchester-Granite State College ceremony on the Durham campus Friday evening, which included an announcement that the two schools will complete a merger and become the UNH College of Professional Studies as of July 1. That ceremony was preceded by the Graduate School, with the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture and the College of Liberal Arts celebrating on Saturday and the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and the College of Health and Human Services wrapping things up Sunday.
