Sierra Dahl '22, a civil engineering student, participated in the professional mentorship program offered by the Career and Professional Success office that led to a rewarding internship opportunity with the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT). Dahl was paired with UNH alumni Victoria Chase '85, a long-time employee of the NHDOT and volunteer in the mentorship program. She spent the summer collecting publicly accessible data for the state to better determine maintenance needed on drainage assets.
