UNH Extension’s annual storytelling publication, Radius, has received a Silver Award for the publishing category (best magazine/periodical) in an awards competition hosted by the Association for Communication Excellence (ACE). Award winners will be recognized during a virtual conference in June.
ACE is an international association of communicators, educators, and information technologists who focus on communicating research-based information. This organization offers professional development and networking for individuals who extend knowledge about agriculture, natural resources, and life and human sciences.
Submissions for the competition had to be produced for an organization in the public sector, such as for the U.S. or a state department of agriculture, a public university, a state Extension service or experiment station, a trade or commodity association, or a foundation. This issue of Radius focuses on how UNH Extension has helped Granite Staters adapt to the COVID-19 pandemic.
