Two UNH College of liberal arts undergraduate programs earned high spots in the 2020 national rankings published by GradReports, which compares programs for the earning potential of their recent graduates. Both the music program and the justice studies program (listed under criminology) were included in the top 25 for their respective programs in terms of the median salaries of graduates one year out of college.

According to their website, GradReports based their rankings on over 100,000 college degree programs and the starting salary data of over 5 million graduates.
