The UNH Honorary Degree and Granite State Awards Committee is currently reviewing nominations for outstanding individuals worthy of recognition at the 2019 commencements in Durham and Manchester and at UNH Law in Concord.
Undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the university are invited to submit nominations for potential commencement speakers as well as honorary degree and Granite State Award recipients. The nomination period is open until Nov. 30.
Please submit your nominations by completing the online form. The committee will review the nominations and provide a list of recommendations to UNH President James Dean Jr. The more detailed information you can provide regarding how the nominee’s achievements match the award criteria, the better chance of highlighting your nomination among a growing pool of noteworthy candidates.
