Carla Evans has a new article published in 'Educational Measurement: Issues and Practice'

Carla Evans and Susan Lyons co-authored the paper Comparability in Balanced Assessment Systems for State Accountability. The purpose of the study was to test methods that strength the comparability claims about annual determinations of student proficiency in New Hampshire's Performance Assessment of Competency Education (PACE) pilot.
