David Hill ’82, ’84 is the new director of dining hall operations, UNH Hospitality Services has announced. In this new role, he will oversee three dining venues whose annual sales total $28 million.
Hill most recently served as associate director of culinary operations. He has been a leader in the Menus of Change and Partnership for Healthier America initiatives on campus.
Hill graduated from the Thompson School with an associate’s degree in food service management and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in hotel administration.
