NHPR: Foodstuffs: Alcohol Summit Brings Industry, State, and Advocates Together

On July 7, 2016 about 80 people in the alcohol industry gathered in a large conference room at the Mt. Washington hotel for the NH Alcohol Beverage Summit. The event was led by New Hampshire Listens, a program out of the UNH Carsey School of Public Policy. Bruce Mallory teaches education at UNH and helped run the event. “It’s a really interesting cross-section. I mentioned the various industry reps from the wineries in the state, the brew-pubs, the nano-breweries, the micro-breweries, the state liquor stores.”
