Susan Entz has been named Associate Vice President of Alumni Relations. The former executive director of strategic events and programs, Entz began her career at UNH 16 years ago as a gift officer. She received her master’s degree in business administration from UNH in 2008.
In her role with Alumni Relations, Entz is charged with providing strategic vision, direction and leadership as well as executing a comprehensive alumni engagement plan.
“My goal is to partner with my staff, the Alumni Association board of directors and our many dedicated volunteers to build an alumni relations organization that will continually seek the most effective ways to be relevant in the lives of UNH alumni, parents and friends. In the short term we will build upon alumni surveys now being conducted to identify and prioritize what our alumni deem important and meaningful, and align our current programs and services with these interests.
One of our greatest challenges is competing for our alumni’s most precious commodity–time. The key to successfully connecting and reconnecting alumni with UNH is to be sure we are offering programs, events and services that are tailored to what our alumni tell us they want from their life-long relationship with their alma mater. We are incredibly proud of what our alumni achieve, and I’m looking forward to celebrating those accomplishments for many years to come.”
