Research computing center (RCC): Mission & Vision
The Research Computing Center's mission is to provide information technology (IT) support for the sponsored research community at UNH and to collaborate with higher education, industry, and government to create innovative technologies designed to address important social, environmental, and economic needs. RCC aspires to provide exceptional, comprehensive computing services in alignment with UNH strategic goals. Reporting to the CIO and Senior Vice Provost for Research, the Research Computing Center consists of 30 staff members who remain experts in their respective disciplines and are agile in their support. Resources include a 2,000 square foot data center dedicated to supporting research cyberinfrastructure, several HPC clusters, and several student employees.
