Live on campus and want to get more involved in sustainability at UNH? Apply to be a Sustainability Advocate! Here are five of the many reasons to be a Sustainability Advocate for your hall this year: 1- Gain leadership experience by representing sustainability in your residence hall. Plan and host fun, sustainability-focused events for students and friends. 2- Learn about sustainability on campus and within communities, as well as learning about sustainability education with your peers. 3- It’s a low time commitment with a 1-hour weekly meeting and occasional outside events. 4- Grow your network and build community! Meet students in your dorm and around campus, and become a part of the Student Sustainability Network within the Sustainability Institute, which gives you early access to other opportunities and professional experiences. 5- There’s no prior knowledge required, just a passion for sustainability and peer education!
