Family Weekend Registration Opens Wednesday, August 27!
Registration will go live on The Wildcat Family Connection platform. If you haven’t set up your account yet, now’s the time!

• If you’ve received emails from Wildcat Family Connection, you already have an account. You can create your profile using the link in your welcome email or log in by selecting “Forgot Password.”

• If  you’ve never received an email from Wildcat Family Connection, visit the site and select “sign up”.

• Once registration opens, the event will appear in the calendar on the right side of your screen.

Please note: Registration for Family Weekend does not include tickets to football or hockey games or tailgating. These must be purchased separately through the UNH Athletics website.

Friday, October 24

• UNH Women's Swim, 5:00 PM
  Start your Family Weekend with a splash! UNH Women’s Swimming takes on Central Connecticut State University in a Friday evening meet at Swasey Pool. Come support the Wildcats in this exciting kickoff event!

• Family Comedy Show, 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
  Jimmy Dunn is a stand-up comedian and actor from Boston, who currently plays “Moose” on the sitcom FRASIER.
  He got his start in comedy telling jokes in a bar in Gloucester, Massachusetts, where he was paid in beer and fried clams. Since then, he’s gone on to perform at some of the world’s most prestigious comedy events, including the Late Show with David Letterman, CONAN, Montreal’s International Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, and Denis Leary’s Comic’s Come Home in Boston.
  Jimmy’s first major television role was as Sean McCarthy on the CBS sitcom, THE MCCARTHYS. He’s also written on several television projects, including two episodes of LOUDERMILK that he co-wrote with Academy Award winner Peter Farrelly.​
  This event has a maximum capacity of 600 attendees. Admission is first come, first served.

• UNH Men's Hockey, 7:00 PM*
  Kick off Family Weekend with fast-paced action as the Wildcats take on Long Island University at the Whittemore Center! Come cheer on UNH in what’s sure to be an electric night on the ice. 
  Tickets can be purchased through UNH Athletics 

• Family Game Night- Sponsored by Wildcats for Recovery, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  Gather your loved ones or a circle of friends (students are welcome to attend without family members) and roll the dice for an evening of laughter, connection, and friendly competition! Family Board Game Night is all about stepping away from screens and spending quality time together around the table. Whether you're solving mysteries, building Lego empires, or racing to the finish line, there's a game for everyone!
  Expect moments of teamwork, unexpected twists, and lots of smiles as you dive into classic favorites or discover new games. Snacks, cozy vibes, and great company make it a night to remember. • Wildcat Welcome Area, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  Hosted by UNH Parents Council, we encourage all attendees to stop by to grab a refreshment, pickup a Family Weekend souvenir, grab a photo with your student in our Photobooth, and enter in our yearly giveaway! 

• FLYING AT UNH: Behind the Scenes with the UNH Aerial Dancers, 9:30 AM - 11:00 AM
  Get ready to be amazed! The UNH aerialists invite you to step into the Newman Studio and experience the thrill of flight. Watch as our dancers soar, spin, and flip on fabric, Spanish web, lyra, trapeze, and more. You’ll see how aerial works are created, discover what it takes to “learn to fly,” and cheer on these daring performers in action. Perfect for the whole family—come join the fun!

• UNH Women's Swim, 10:00 AM
  Dive into the excitement as UNH Women’s Swimming hosts Central Connecticut State University. Come support our student-athletes in this spirited meet at the Swasey Pool!

• Pumpkin Painting, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  A UNH Family favorite! You and your student can paint wooden pumpkins that can be brought home or hung on the door of your residence hall room. 

• UNH Men's Football, 1:00 PM*
  Join the roar of the crowd at Wildcat Stadium as UNH Football faces off against William & Mary! A classic fall Saturday filled with school spirit, big plays, and unforgettable memories. Tickets can be purchased through UNH Athletics 

• Wildcat Social, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM*
  Connect, relax, and celebrate with your student during Family Weekend!
  Join us for a casual drop-in event where families and students can enjoy time together, meet others in the UNH community, and take part in games, activities, and live entertainment. Hors d'oeuvres will be served, and a cash bar will be available for guests 21 and older.
  Tickets can be purchased on the Family Weekend registration page.
  Cost: $20.00/person 

• UNH Men's Soccer, 7:00 PM
  Catch the Wildcats in action as UNH Men’s Soccer takes on NJIT in a high-energy home match. Bring your Wildcat spirit and enjoy an exciting game on the pitch!

• UNH Men's Hockey, 7:00 PM*
  The Wildcats return to the rink for a Saturday showdown against Quinnipiac! Expect high energy, fierce competition, and a packed house as UNH defends home ice. 
  Tickets can be purchased through UNH Athletics 

• Family Bingo, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
  Everyone loves BINGO, especially Wildcats!

Sunday, October 26

• Farewell Brunch, Times TBD
  Wrap up the weekend with a relaxed brunch at Holloway Commons (HoCo) dining halls. Families can purchase meal tickets at the door ($12.25/person), or be swiped in by their student using a guest pass. Students are also welcome to use their own meal swipes.

• UNH Women’s Soccer, 1:00 PM
  Close out Family Weekend with some Wildcat pride on the pitch! UNH Women’s Soccer takes on UMBC in what promises to be a competitive and spirited match.

• UNH Women's Volleyball, 1:00 PM
  Catch the action courtside as UNH Women’s Volleyball faces NJIT! Fast rallies, powerful serves, and Wildcat energy make this a must-see Sunday event.
