How to Register
Family Weekend Registration Opens Wednesday, August 27!
Registration will go live on The Wildcat Family Connection platform. If you haven’t set up your account yet, now’s the time!
If you’ve received emails from Wildcat Family Connection, you already have an account. You can create your profile using the link in your welcome email or log in by selecting “Forgot Password.”
If you’ve never received an email from Wildcat Family Connection, visit the site and select “sign up”.
Once registration opens, the event will appear in the calendar on the right side of your screen.

Please note: Registration for Family Weekend does not include tickets to football or hockey games or tailgating. These must be purchased separately through the UNH Athletics website.

Friday, October 24
UNH Women's Swim, 5:00 PM
Start your Family Weekend with a splash! UNH Women’s Swimming takes on Central Connecticut State University in a Friday evening meet at Swasey Pool. Come support the Wildcats in this exciting kickoff event!Family Comedy Show, 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Jimmy Dunn is a stand-up comedian and actor from Boston, who currently plays “Moose” on the sitcom FRASIER.
He got his start in comedy telling jokes in a bar in Gloucester, Massachusetts, where he was paid in beer and fried clams. Since then, he’s gone on to perform at some of the world’s most prestigious comedy events, including the Late Show with David Letterman, CONAN, Montreal’s International Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, and Denis Leary’s Comic’s Come Home in Boston.
Jimmy’s first major television role was as Sean McCarthy on the CBS sitcom, THE MCCARTHYS. He’s also written on several television projects, including two episodes of LOUDERMILK that he co-wrote with Academy Award winner Peter Farrelly.

Kick off Family Weekend with fast-paced action as the Wildcats take on Long Island University at the Whittemore Center! Come cheer on UNH in what’s sure to be an electric night on the ice.

Gather your loved ones or a circle of friends (students are welcome to attend without family members) and roll the dice for an evening of laughter, connection, and friendly competition! Family Board Game Night is all about stepping away from screens and spending quality time together around the table. Whether you're solving mysteries, building Lego empires, or racing to the finish line, there's a game for everyone!
Expect moments of teamwork, unexpected twists, and lots of smiles as you dive into classic favorites or discover new games. Snacks, cozy vibes, and great company make it a night to remember. Get ready to be amazed! The UNH aerialists invite you to step into the Newman Studio and experience the thrill of flight. Watch as our dancers soar, spin, and flip on fabric, Spanish web, lyra, trapeze, and more. You’ll see how aerial works are created, discover what it takes to “learn to fly,” and cheer on these daring performers in action. Farewell Brunch, Times TBD
Wrap up the weekend with a relaxed brunch at Holloway Commons (HoCo) dining halls. Families can purchase meal tickets at the door ($12.25/person), or be swiped in by their student using a guest pass. Students are also welcome to use their own meal swipes.UNH Women’s Soccer, 1:00 PM

Yes, we encourage everyone to register. Registration helps us keep you informed about the schedule and provides you with a small UNH gift.
Most Family Weekend events are free! However, if you wish to attend the Wildcat Social (see schedule above), Men's Football, or Men's Hockey games, you will need to purchase tickets in advance.
No, Family Weekend is open to the parents and families of all students, not just those new to UNH.
Family Weekend will proceed rain or shine. Please check the weather and plan accordingly. Any schedule changes due to rain will be posted online.
No. Tickets to any Athletic events including the Football game and Tailgating must be purchased through Athletics.
Visitors are encouraged to park in B Lot beginning at 6:00 PM on Friday.
Campus will be busy throughout the weekend, so we recommend reviewing the UNH Campus Map to explore additional parking options in case B Lot reaches capacity.
- Alumni Lot is available until 3:00 PM on Saturday, but will be closed after that time.
- Metered lots are open and available for use at their designated fee. (Designated in blue on the Campus Map)
Please note: Tailgating parking is separate from general campus parking. If you purchased tailgating tickets, refer to the information provided by UNH Athletics for specific instructions.
