Expo FAQ & Policies

Vendor Policy Overview

Vendor Eligibility

  • All vendors must be current UNH Students, Faculty, or Staff members on the day of the event

  • UNH alumni, former faculty, former staff, and friends or family of current UNH students, faculty, or staff are not eligible to participate as vendors.

Registration

  • Vendors will need to submit an application. The Maker’s Expo application goes live on October 1st at 8am via this link.

  • Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot at the Expo.

  • If multiple individuals wish to share a table or booth, only one person should submit the application for the entire group. The primary registrant is responsible for ensuring everyone has read and understands the event policies.

  • When an application has been approved, the table or booth fee must be paid at the Memorial Union Building, Room 323. The office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM and accepts credit or debit card payments. The fee must be paid by a single party. Registration for the Expo is not finalized until the fee has been paid.

  • Registrations are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another individual.

  • Vendor space is limited! If we have reached capacity for the event, we will offer you an opportunity to be placed on our waitlist.

Vendor Policies

  • All tables and booths must be open and available for sales during the entire Expo.

Important Information for Food Vendors
  • Foods that qualify as non-hazardous homestead food operations do not need licensing as long as they meet state requirements, including proper labeling. Foods that do not qualify as non-hazardous must have a Homestead License. You will be asked to provide your licensing information.

  • All other food would need a Food Service License from the state of New Hampshire (unless licensing occurs in a self-inspecting city or town). You will be asked to provide your licensing information. Information on food licensing can be found here.

Organizers reserve the right to enforce the policies outlined for this event. Individuals who do not adhere to these policies may be asked to leave or may have eligibility for participation in future Expos restricted.
