Truman Scholar
Abrita Kuthumi (Political Science/International Affairs '21), who moved to New Hampshire from Nepal when she was 10, was selected as a Truman Scholar for her leadership potential, academic excellence, and commitment to public service. In her proposal for the scholarship, she created an initiative called "Daylight" that would provide educational resources for the lowest caste group in Nepal.
