The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarship Program was developed by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a way of encouraging talented young people to attend institutions of higher education in France. Students must be enrolled in French University master's or doctoral programs to qualify; applications are submitted exclusively by French higher education institutions.

Value: Tuition fees are not covered. A monthly stipend (amount dependent on whether you are in a master's or doctoral program) is provided to apply toward costs of housing search, international travel, national transportation, insurance, and cultural activities.
