The Human Resources Business Partner for Facilities supports the staff of the Facilities Division and is responsible for employee relations, organizational planning, recruitment, hiring, and retention process, employee training and development, and policy/legal compliance. As a member of the Facilities leadership team, the HR Business Partner supports the strategic mission and vision of the Facilities Division. Some recent initiatives include a long-term project around enhancing workplace culture, called Facilities Forward, and an organizational staffing and development plan for Operations and Maintenance, soon to be rolled out to other departments within Facilities.
